Note
These are normally supplied without a radius on the bottom. There is very little gap and is easily taken care of when welding to 3" to 4"  OD tubing.   Radius on  bottom can be supplied if requested.  

Intercooler Cores

These cores are made in the USA and made specifically for Kfab.
3  Sizes are normally in stock.  Air to Air cores.  Air to water can be supplied.   Custom sizes available.  Custom tanks can also be supplied or available as  complete units. 
3"   thick    5.9" tall     20.2" long       Normally stocked
3.5  thick   8.0" tall     17.4"  long        Normally stocked
3.5  think   8.0" tall     28.6"  long      Normally stocked
          Other sizes including  air water available 

 Finished intercoolers.

No I cant build a custom  intercooler for ebay money. 

Cores are normally all USA made.      Air to Air    Air to Water   
Custom tanks can be made from sheet or machined from billet and can be bought  as parts rather then complete IC
